CGTC: Peer to Leader Class

The Peer to Leader class supports new supervisors as they navigate the difficult shift from being part of the team to leading it. Participants learn how to redefine their professional identity and understand responsibilities of leadership. The session places strong emphasis on accepting one's new role, setting healthy boundaries, and taking confident action to lead former peers with respect and authority.
