Montego Pools Swimming Pool Repair Technician

The Montego Pools Swimming Pool Repair Technician is responsible for the Company’s efforts to repair customers’ pool equipment including safety, quality control, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Acting in a positive and professional manner.
2. Assisting CFO and CEO as requested.
3. Communicating with coworkers to keep them updated on work orders and any other related issues.
4. Communicating with customers to keep them updated on repair efforts.
5. Coordinating with the Customer Service Coordinator on repair routes.
6. Maintaining and improving repair quality control by coordinating coworker and customer feedback.
7. Monitoring the effectiveness and efficiencies of repairs.
8. Observing performance and communicating efficiency and profitability ideas to CFO.
9. Processing repair work orders in software.
10. Promoting growth.
11. Providing a positive experience for our customers and your co-workers.
Additional Responsibilities may include:
12. Performing the duties of CPOs if needed.
Education requirements include:
• Minimum, high school graduate.
Skills required include:
• Endurance to work year-round in all weather conditions, rain or shine, cold or hot.
• Extensive knowledge of: heaters, filters, automatic control systems, salt systems, pumps, auto fillers, cleaning units, plumbing, electrical, gas lines, time clocks, and all other pool and spa related equipment.
• Knowledge to operate equipment, technology, and tools provided by Montego Pools.
• Ongoing ability to learn from CEO, CFO, equipment manufacturers, schools, and other training as required.
• Safe driving skills and a valid Georgia driver’s license.
Physical Demands include:
• As needed, be able to carry and load material more than 100 pounds for inventory, pool repairs, pool servicing, and warehousing.
• This position requires walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, so good physical stamina is a must.
